1. Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- Customized scrubs are non-returnable and non-refundable.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@thescrubzone.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method. In some cases, a store credit may be issued.
4. Exchanges
- If you need a different size or design, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange (subject to stock availability).
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
